Product Introduction

This series of products are specially used for the manufacturing of casting coated sand. It has the characteristics of high strength, low free phenol content, fast polymerization rate, low gas evolution, good shelling resistance, good thermal stability at high temperature, easy collapsing, easy sand cleaning and environmental protection, meeting the requirements of different casting production.
This products are divided into two series: PF-2010 series and PF-2015 series。
PF-2010 series with fast polymerization speed, which has the advantages of hollow core, fast molding, high strength and good emptiness.
PF-2015 series with high strength, which is mainly used for solid core. It can be used with PF -2010 series resin according to casting requirements.

Packaging And Storage

Usually composite kraft paper bags are used for external use and moisture -proof plastic film bags are used for packaging. Each bag weighs 40 kg. It can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
Store in a ventilated and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, away from heat sources, and the temperature should not exceed 35° C. Do not stack the resin bag too high during storage, and tie the mouth in time after use to avoid agglomeration.
